Shipping and Delivery Policy

jenvierjacubs offers rapid, secure shipping and delivery within 2-7 working. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped

Dispatched within 24 – 48 hours

Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 11 p.m. and within 24 hours when placed after 11 p.m. Orders placed at weekends and on bank holidays are dispatched within 48 hours

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding United Kingdom (UK) public holidays (New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, May Day, late May bank holiday, summer bank holiday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day).

You will receive a dispatched or a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

How can I track my order status?

Your dispatched confirmation email will include a link to track your order through the courier.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature will be required upon delivery.

Can I modify my shipping address?

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

 Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

 we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
